Meet Dr. Cathryn Houdek, DACM, L.Ac.
Owner and Founder

Dr. Houdek’s clinical experience includes the treatment of women's health, pregnancy support, mental and emotional health, stress management, pain relief, and holistic facial rejuvenation. Her mission is to provide you the support and tools you need to activate your personal healing blueprint and flourish in body, mind, and spirit. 

Witnessing her sister suffer in the hands of Western medicine without the support of holistic care, Dr. Houdek was drawn to embark on a deeper path into holistic and natural health care so that she could better support others through their healing. 
She began her journey with alternative medicine in 2013 when she pursued an education in massage therapy at the Hawaii School of Professional Massage. From there, she began her studies in Chinese medicine at the Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Denver. She went on to complete both her Masters and her Doctorate in Chinese Medicine at the Pacific College of Health & Science in San Diego. 
Over the years, Dr. Houdek has witnessed the fruitfulness of natural medicine within herself and her clients.
She firmly believes in the innate healing power of the human body and affirms that anyone’s health can be reclaimed through intentional and dedicated care. She takes a holistic approach with every client to address their root cause of dis-ease and curates individualized treatment plans so every one can reach their highest health potential.
In her free time, Dr. Houdek enjoys hiking, baking, reading, catching up with family & friends, and volunteering at her local church.
